Can we delete the message without selecting the checkbox ?
In message Inbox , i can able to delete (select the folder as 'deleted' and press 'move') without selecting a 'sel' checkbox.
may i need to configure anything for better action ?

Try the Simple Mode.
If that doesn't help then you should give me a better idea of what you mean by "better action".

You can use the dropdown selection to the right of each message. Change it from 'General' to 'Deleted' for messages you want to delete, and to 'Archive' for messages you want to archive. Then submit.
