My gawd at least spell the words in the question correctly - This has nothing to do with Perl this is the wrong forum for this question - If you can't install Apache which is probably one of these easiest things to get running maybe you should just go outside and play.

It looks like another program might have already bound to port 80. Do you have another web server already running on port 80?

Your problem is most often caused by mis-configured virtual
hosts. The exact structure of Apache's configuration
layout varies from one distro/OS to the other, so your next
stop should be the 'Manual'.
