I do lots of stuff; unfortunately I'm best at stuff with no practical use whatsoever. Have read a lot, have professional work experience in teaching, direct care of the mentally handicapped, social work, experimental lab work, and computer programming. Oh, and movie theater ushering. . . which was probably my favorite job before the programming. . . and possibly given the way the management at my company is going, maybe even considering the programming. Work in Financial Services. Have a JD. Play chess, prefer Sicilian (as black or white) and Ruy Lopez. Highest rating (when I practiced a lot) was around 1800 or so. Probably currently closer to 1400-1500. Sneak perl in at work when I can, plan to gradually take over the entire company by being able to do anything faster and better than anyone else, and then being the only one to understand it. May leave job and go into law if I ever want to go postal.
